Delivery Policy

How EnquiryPath delivers reports and what may affect delivery.

Delivery method

Reports are normally delivered digitally by email attachment, secure download link, document link, PDF file or DOCX file where agreed. No physical product is supplied.

Delivery timeframe

EnquiryPath normally aims to deliver paid reports within 3 business days after successful payment and receipt of all required usable order information.

Information required

  • Business name.
  • Website URL.
  • Main trading location or service area.
  • Main services offered.
  • Contact email.
  • Relevant competitors, if provided.
  • Any clarification requested after purchase.

Delays and failed delivery

Delivery may be delayed by incomplete customer information, slow responses to clarification requests, public information being unavailable or unclear, technical problems, third-party platform issues, payment issues, illness, exceptional workload or events outside reasonable control.

If an email bounces or delivery fails, EnquiryPath will try to contact the customer using the details provided. The customer is responsible for accurate contact information and checking spam or junk folders.
