Terms of Sale / Transaction Agreement

The terms on which EnquiryPath supplies paid digital reports and related services.

About EnquiryPath services

EnquiryPath provides remote, public-information-based digital enquiry reviews for SMEs. Reports help businesses understand how they appear to potential customers online, where enquiry friction may exist and what practical improvements may help increase confidence before enquiry.

Services are remote. They do not include physical inspections, regulated audits, legal reviews, financial advice, operational audits, hygiene inspections, safety inspections, compliance certifications or formal professional accreditations.

Business-to-business use

EnquiryPath is intended for business customers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are buying the service for business purposes and not as a private consumer.

What is included

  • The customer's website.
  • Public Google search presence and Google Business Profile visibility where available.
  • Public review signals and directory listings.
  • Public competitor positioning, social or reputation signals where relevant.
  • Publicly visible enquiry and conversion friction.
  • General recommendations and fix-first priorities for improvement.

What is not included

  • Website development or implementation.
  • SEO implementation, paid advertising management or social media management.
  • Google Business Profile management.
  • Legal, financial, tax or regulated compliance advice.
  • Safety, hygiene, pest, operational or physical-site inspections.
  • Guaranteed increases in rankings, traffic, enquiries, sales, revenue or profit.

Public-information-only review

EnquiryPath does not need logins, private analytics, passwords, customer records, CRM access or confidential account data for standard reviews.

If you voluntarily provide non-public information, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it and that doing so does not breach confidentiality, data protection, employment, customer, supplier or third-party obligations.

Ordering, pricing and payment

To place an order, select the relevant report, provide requested business and contact information, confirm acceptance of the terms and complete payment through the approved payment method. An order is accepted only when payment has been successfully received and EnquiryPath has confirmed acceptance through the website, Stripe, invoice, email or another written confirmation.

Prices are in pounds sterling. Payment is required upfront. EnquiryPath is not currently VAT registered and no VAT is charged unless this changes and is clearly stated. Payment processing may be handled by Stripe. EnquiryPath does not store full card details.

Delivery

Reports are normally delivered digitally by email as a PDF, document link or downloadable file within 3 business days after successful payment and receipt of usable order information.

Delivery may be affected by incomplete information, customer delays, public information being unavailable, technical issues, exceptional workload, illness or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Revisions, corrections and no guarantees

If you believe the delivered report contains a factual error, contact EnquiryPath within 7 days of delivery. Where EnquiryPath agrees there is a clear factual error based on information available at the time of review, it may correct the report or provide clarification.

EnquiryPath does not guarantee higher rankings, more traffic, more enquiries, more sales, more reviews, improved conversion rates, specific financial returns or competitor movement.

Intellectual property and liability

Unless agreed otherwise, EnquiryPath owns the structure, formatting, methodology, templates, wording, design and intellectual property in its report formats and materials. After payment, the customer receives a non-exclusive licence to use the delivered report internally for their own business purposes and with advisers or providers helping improve the business.

Subject to any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, EnquiryPath's total liability for any claim connected with a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific service.
